When we take payment, your card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

• Process your subscription payments and send receipts;
• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
• Send you service messages about your account or site.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the service — for example Stripe (payments) and our hosting and domain providers — and only as far as necessary. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

5. Data security & retention

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. All payments are handled securely by Stripe. We keep your information for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
